I'm new to Pilates - do I need prior experience?No! Most people starting out have little or no experience with the Pilates method. All sessions are led by one of our fully certified instructors who will guide you through every exercise.
How often should I practice Pilates?For best results, we recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week
Can I just drop in to a Group Session?In order to provide a safe and supportive workout experience, we initially meet with each new client to determine their needs and abilities and then guide you to the most appropriate classes for your unique body and movement challenges.
What if Ineed to cancel my session?Private and Semi Private Sessions - as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice, you won't be charged.
Group Sessions - call or text to let us know you are okay. We care about your wellbeing! What should I wear?
Is there a place to change clothes?We provide a spacious bathroom where you can change
Where do I leave my personal belongings?Personal items can be stowed in the storage closet provided
Do I need to bring a water bottle?We provide chilled water in our break room so no need to bring a water bottle
What about parking and access to the studio?Our studio is located in a quiet complex of 'business cabanas' with plenty of well lit parking right outside the studio. For your added protection we provide a password protected entry for our clients.
