Welcome to New Strength Pilates, a fully equipped, boutique, STOTT PILATES® studio. We are located in the Missouri City - Sugar Land area and have been for 12 years. We welcome all clients whether you are a beginner, stay at home mom, weekend warrior, elite athlete or recovering from an injury. Clients with MS, Parkinson's, CP, and Breast Cancer can get the appropriate training. A path to wellness is created for you. We have a new beginning for everyone and a challenge too! Our studio environment is relaxing, welcoming and a place with no judgement.
Our instructors are certified and highly educated in many movement modalities. This allows us the opportunity to offer you, our client, many pathways to wellness.
Pilates--that is our specialty. We offer personalized training based on your unique body type, coordinate with your wellness team and schedule your sessions when it is convenient for YOU! Yes, this is about you, your goals, and your lifestyle. You will not see a schedule on our website, as we create it based on your needs for private sessions or groups. Your group is hand picked just for you!
We are also a studio that cares about our clients health and now equipped with an AED machine. Your safety and wellness is our biggest concern!
Mat Classes on Saturdays
Mat Class Saturday's 9:30 am - 10:30 am $15.00 per class
Mat classes are a quick way to improve mobility and excercises apply directly to the Reformer. You'll enjoy regular classes more with a mat foundation.
